With Allah’s help, on Sunday 20 November, a cooperation agreement was signed between the Small and Medium Enterprises Financing Guarantee Program “Kafalah” and Osoul Modern Finance Co., at the premises of the Program, in the presence of the Managing Director of the Board of Directors of Osoul, Mr. Saeed Baghlaf, and the Director General of the Kafalah Program, Mr. Homam Hashem.<\/p>\n
