Mr. Dhaifallah Al-Shamrani has over 25 years of administrative experience. He began his professional career in the Internal Audit Department at the National Commercial Bank of Saudi Arabia in 1995, then moved to the Saudi Electricity Company in 1999, working in the Customer Accounts Department. He has since held various positions within the company and currently serves as Director of Subscriber Affairs at the Saudi Electricity Company. Mr. Al-Shamrani holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from King Abdulaziz University in Jeddah, earned in 1994, and a Master’s degree in Professional Accounting from the same university in 2009. He has also completed numerous specialized courses in management as well as courses in anti-money laundering and combating terrorism financing.

Professional Experience
Mr. Mohammed Adnan Saleh Bin Hammad has over 30 years of banking experience in Islamic finance, strategy, portfolio management, refinancing, and product development. He worked with two pioneering institutions: the National Commercial Bank and Samba Financial Group. He also served as a member of the advisory board for the government guarantee program “Kafalah” and was among the early contributors in formulating initiatives for SME financing in Saudi Arabia.
He began his professional career at the National Commercial Bank in 1982 in the External Affairs and International Relations Department. He held several positions and eventually became Head of SME Banking in the Corporate Sector in 2003, with his last position being Head of Cash and Trade Banking in the Corporate Sector.
In addition, he has held several roles including being a founding Board Member of Tamkeen Community Company and a Board Member at Nusaned Investment Company since 2019. He has also worked on major development projects with leading consulting firms such as McKinsey, Oliver Wyman, and BCG.
Mr. Mohammed Adnan Bin Hammad holds a bachelor’s degree in English from King Abdulaziz University in Jeddah (1991), along with numerous specialized courses in administrative and banking fields, as well as courses in anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing.

Mr. Khalid Ali Al-Baiti

Mr. Khalid Al-Baiti has been serving as a Non-Executive Board Member at Osoul Modern Financing Company since September 2016. Professional Experience Mr. Khalid Al-Baiti has nearly 30 years of professional and administrative experience. In 2008, he moved to Al-Rehab Heavy Equipment Company as Financial Manager and continued working there until 2011, when he joined Baghlaf Al Dhafar Group as the Group Financial Manager. Mr. Khalid Al-Baiti holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from King Abdulaziz University in Jeddah (1991), and a Master’s degree in Professional Accounting from the same university (2009). Mr. Khalid Ali Al-Baiti
