When submitting a complaint, the following will be taken:

  • Register the complaint in the system.
  • Provide the customer with the complaint number, the processing period, the method of inquiry and follow-up.
  • Inform the client of any deficiencies within 3 working days.
  • Handling the complaint and responding to the customer with the results within 5 working days.
